Arvind Sheth

He is an industry veteran and promoter of the Orbit Group, with a career span of more than 50 years. He has established Orbit Group as a leading player in the industry. His excellent leadership qualities has enabled Orbit Group to grow at an immense pace along with building strong client relationships. He overlooks the business activities of Orbit Financial Capital and mentors the team in new business initiatives and business planning.

A career spanning more than 20 years, Amit has played multiple senior executive roles including that of start-up advisory and capital raising.

Ashish focuses on the firm’s investment banking activities in Pharma, Fine & Specialty Chemicals space. He brings Strategic Management Expertise to OFC. He has been in senior leadership positions and has served as Director of Orbit Group. He is currently instrumental in developing OFC’s New Markets Entry Strategy.

Smit Shah

He leads the transactions in the areas of M&A, Transaction Advisory, Private equity deals and Debt syndication. Previously, he worked with L&T Financial Services and has played a significant role in strategically developing the real estate segment. Smit holds a degree in Master of Business Administration from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management and Research and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

R Krishna Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified FAFD (Fraud Accounting and Fraud Detector) of the ICAI and holds bachelor’s degree in commerce with over 10 years of experience in tax, risk and regulatory matters. He is a Partner in a Chartered Accountant Firm, based out of Chennai, India which in Practice since 2014.
Further he has also handled Risk based investigations and assessments for top listed companies and MNCs in India. He is in the National executive committee of the Swiss Indian Chamber of Commerce and Director of Chartered Valuers association of India.
